For more than 30 years, the Team Leadership Center, now know as: Door County Adventure Center has been providing cutting-edge team building and leadership programs. We serve a variety of entities, such as, schools, corporations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, community programs, colleges, universities, and many more! In addition, our facilitators are certified professionals with years of technical skills and facilitation experience. Choose from half-, full-, and multi-day formats at your desired location, including our Adventure Park & low ropes course in Door County!

Professional Leadership Development

Here at DCAC we design and tailor the program to meet the needs of your group! Whether it is a team celebration day, recreational climbing day, or a professional team development program, you are sure to get the most out of your experience! We also provide recreational kayak, zipline, off road segway and hiking tours. We create multiday retreats and adventures for schools, corporations and touring groups.
