Since 1990, I have been speaking throughout the Midwest and Canada. In 1995 I founded the Team Leadership Center (TLC) in a turn-of-the-century dairy barn. As the business developed, we expanded to incorporate numerous aspects of dynamic learning. This included a high and low ropes challenge course on the property, outside the barn. I began pairing my messages with activity, creating a more engaging environment for education and change.

Additionally, I have been a featured speaker and presenter at various conferences, organizational meetings, and workshops. With a versatile focus, I can meet the needs of your organization or event by providing an inspirational message or facilitating unique, engaging activities. If you’re looking for an M.C.
