Our professional facilitation team will assist you in developing a program that expands your team’s potential. We design custom content to meet your team’s goal. Choose from half-, full-, and multi-day formats at your desired location, including our Adventure Park & low ropes course in Door County!

SINGLE DAY TEAM BUILDING PROGRAMS:	MULTI-DAY TEAM BUILDING PROGRAMS:
Team Celebration Day Zip line, kayak, Segway and/or Adventure Park activities at one of our locations in Door County; timeline by design.	Team Building Breakthrough Your team will embark on a two-day overnight retreat in beautiful Door County, WI. During this program, time will be spent exploring team dynamics through experiential activities and discussions.
Ropes Course Adventure Spend the day on our Adventure Park & low ropes course at the Team Leadership Center in Door County. This program is typically 6 hours.	Outfitted & Guided Retreats We outfit and guide trips for youth and adult groups in and outside of Build your own Retreat. We’ll provide tents and all of the cooking supplies, including food, to completely outfit your trip!
Paddling Adventure Join us for a kayak or canoe experience with your team! Customize your paddling location; all gear and ACA trained guides provided.	Strategic Planning Spend the day strategizing how to improve your organization’s decision making processes and allocation of resources.
Leadership Breakthrough This full day program at our Team Leadership Center will challenge leaders while also providing a look into leadership tendencies and capabilities. Face unique challenges with your team and grow as a leader!	Wilderness Adventures Customize the content of your adventure using our expert guides: canoeing, hiking, Apostle Islands kayaking, custom camping trips, climb Kilimanjaro and more!
Adventures In Team Building Utilizing our Adventure Park and low ropes course, we explore group communication, trust and respect, team alignment, critical thinking skills, and leadership styles. This is a 6 hour program at the Team Leadership Center or the location of your choosing.	Authentic Leader Workshop This workshop explores how to be an authentic leader while creating a more genuine leadership approach.
Functional Teamwork This workshop focuses on the 7 Functions of a Team, Collaborative Teamwork, and Authentic Leadership.	Continuing Adventure – Customize a follow-up to any of your single day adventures!
