This one-day program focuses on personal growth and development. Participants will learn to be effective verbal leaders, inventory resources, and move beyond personal leadership blocks while being supported by the team. This powerful curriculum sets the stage for Team Building Breakthrough.

Team Building Breakthrough

Your team will embark on a two-day overnight retreat in beautiful Door County, WI. During this program, time will be spent exploring team dynamics through experiential activities and discussions. Accommodations will be hosted by Stone Harbor Resort, Door County’s premier resort. This program includes: one night lodging, a program handbook, all meals, and certified instructors.

Join your Guide on an Off Road Segway Tour through beautiful wooded trails at the Rushes Resort in Baileys Harbor. While on your adventure learn about the history of the area, some facts about Door County, learn about the Niagara Escarpment and a good chance to see some of the local wildlife.
