Cave and Dunes Kayak Tour
Our Cave and Dunes Kayak Tour is an adventurous and amazing paddle! Launching directly from the beach at Whitefish Dunes State Park, your adventure starts once your feet hit the sand where you will continue walking halfway down the beach to meet your guide. Lake Michigan is beautiful but it can be dangerous. Here are some things to know when you book!
Your safety is our priority, this means that if the waves are suitable to paddle but too tall to go in the caves, you may only view the caves from a distance.
The wreck of the Australasia can be visible in calm, clear waters, conditions will vary so viewing the wreck is not guaranteed.
You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.
All of our tours traverse in tandem (two person), sit-on-top kayaks.
Our tour guides are trained to American Canoe Association (ACA) standards and safety is their #1 priority.
Prepare to get a little wet, bring a change of clothes, water shoes, sunscreen, and prepare to have a fun but safe adventure.
**This tour has a minimum booking of 2 people**
Some exciting alternatives to our Cave and Dunes Tour would be our Mink River Kayak Tour at Rowleys Bay! Also suitable would be the Sunset Kayak Tour at the Egg Harbor Village Beach, perfect for all ages.
