SUP Yoga Experience
Experience our 90-minute SUP Yoga class—an energizing and deeply calming practice that brings yoga to the water. You’ll move, breathe, and surrender as you flow through a balanced mix of postures designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga, paddleboarding, or both—or simply looking for a refreshing outdoor experience this class welcomes you. Your instructor will guide you through seated, kneeling, standing, and prone poses with options to ensure every student feels supported, successful, and safely challenged. The natural rhythm of the water adds a unique challenge to playful balance work and grounding peace. Rediscover calm, connection, and joy as you practice on open water—where nature elevates every breath and movement.

Structure of Each Class:
● Introduction & safety instructions
● Paddle out to practice location
● Approximately 45 minutes of guided SUP Yoga
● Return to launch point
*Class may be cancelled in the event of not hitting minimum attendance of 2. Registrants will be notified before 2 hours of class time upon cancellation.

THE FINE PRINT:
- All gear (boat/board, PFD, and paddle) and instruction are provided
- We take cash and all forms of credit cards – sales subject to 5.5% sales tax
- Dress to get wet—swimsuits or synthetic yoga clothing work best.
- Sunglasses and hats are fine; tethering items to person is recommended
- All personal items should remain locked in vehicles.
- Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
- Classes may be canceled if conditions are unsafe.
- A PFD is required to be worn, per US Coast Guard requirements, for all participants 12 years old or younger. Participants 13 and older are required, per WI State Law, to have an appropriate-size, wearable life jacket on the board with each paddler.
