GENERAL INFORMATION Throughout this Wild Edibles Workshop, you will experience an interactive and hands-on approach as you discover and learn about the wild pantry that can be found in the northern boreal forest and Wisconsin woods. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and pull on your boots as you head out on a foraging and harvesting adventure. Learn about the abundance of natural foods that can be found in your own backyard. Get ready to spark both your curiosity and appetite! Weaving foraged food, wild sourced beverages and incredible surroundings into each moment, this workshop is designed for those who want to experience the wild world through taste. Our sustainably minded and environmentally conscious culinary philosophy is focused on locally grown and wild harvested foods. By preserving close roots to local ingredients, we connect our wild setting to the culinary experience. As you find yourself immersed in the surrounding lands and lakes, our culinary team will guide you through daily experiences that elevate your connection to the natural environment and the unique Wisconsin location.
