Tim Pflieger
Founder/President
Level 2 Ropes Course Instructor, Level 4 ACA Coastal Sea Kayaking Instructor, Certified Zip Line Instructor-Guide, ABEE Inc. Instructor Trainer, Nationally Registered EMT, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Adjunct Faculty Instructor, and Keynote Speaker. Tim earned his Master of Science in Education.

Kaitlynn LePire
Operations Coordinator
Hi, My name is Kaitlynn LePire I am currently attending a Yoga Teacher Training. I was born and raised in Door County and I look forward to returning back home and back to the Adventures with Door County Adventure Center. Some of my favorite things to do outside during the summer are biking, swimming, and HIKING!

Fun fact: My fondest memory of spending time with my mom, was taking her kayaking for the first time at the age of 71!

Morgan Ives
Marketing Coordinator, Part-Time Zip Guide
Morgan is originally from Door County, Wisconsin and spent her 2015 summer as a zip guide at DCAC. While doing this, she completed her minor in Outdoor and Adventure Education. Currently, she is a wife to her husband Tyler, and mom to her 1.5 year old daughter, along with the two fur babies, Tank & Rex. Morgan and her family loves to be outside, sports, & spending time with friends. She is a multi-passionate entrepreneur with a love of all things health and fitness. I’m also a huge advocate of mental wellness & inclusion of people of all abilities!

Emma Kerkman
Zip Line Guide, Kayak Guide & Rentals Associate
Emma goes to college in upstate NY and is pursuing degrees in history, creative writing, and education. Most of her free time is spent wandering around the Adirondacks, either with a backpack on her back or via mountain bike. She’s also been known to climb rocks, snowboard, and kayak the finger lakes. Originally from Wisconsin, Emma spent four years out in Utah, and returned to the Midwest because the lakes are better here. More often than not, Emma can be found writing on her notes app during social gatherings, fighting the mint plants taking over her garden, or trying and failing to water ski.

Jacob Pflieger
Zip Line Guide
Jacob Pfleiger, yes he is related to the one and only Tim Pfleiger, is heading into his senior year at UW-Stevens Point studying Wildlife Ecology Management. This is his first year working at the Door County Adventure Center, and he loves the ability to spend time outside while doing something he thoroughly enjoys.

Luke Mohar
Zip Line Guide & Kayak Guide
Luke is a native of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin with lots of love for all things outdoors. He studied psychology at the University of Platteville and is now enjoying all that there is to explore in Door County. We are so excited to have him and his witty personality on the team this summer!

Peyton Cox
Marketing Intern & Reservationist
Peyton has been coming up to Door County for as long as she can remember, however, is currently enjoying her first summer working on the peninsula. She is studying Strategic Communications with minors in Digital Studies and Sports Communications at the University of Wisconsin. Her love for sports, people, and making content for DCAC does not go unnoticed!
