Founder/President

Level 2 Ropes Course Instructor, Level 4 ACA Coastal Sea Kayaking Instructor, Certified Zip Line Instructor-Guide, ABEE Inc. Instructor Trainer, Nationally Registered EMT, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Adjunct Faculty Instructor, and Keynote Speaker. Tim earned his Master of Science in Education.

Anna Calhoun

Business Manager

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a B.A. in Psychology/Gerontology, Anna has sound work experience and training in business management, daily operations, team management, and grant writing. Anna solves all of our business problems, handles accounting, and keeps everyone sane on a daily basis.

Fun Fact: “I have a 22 lb. cat named Porcupine Marie. We call her Porkie for obvious reasons.”

Abbey Tierney

Program Manager

Abbey graduated from Central Michigan University with a BAA in Outdoor and Environmental Education and minor in Youth Studies.  She comes to us with an ample amount of trail guiding experience and current Wilderness First Responder certification. Outside of work you can find her enjoying being on the water, spending time with family/friends, and traveling!

Amy is a Level 1 Ropes Course Facilitator, Certified Zip Line Instructor-Guide, and has a BA in Music Education. September to June, she teaches Music and Choral at Chilton Public School District.

Evan is currently studying Marketing-Professional Sales at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and is expected to graduate in 2020.

Ava Olson

Sales Associate

Ava is a recent graduate of Sevastopol High School and is attending the University of River Falls to study Equine Science and Management this fall.  She is often the friendly voice on the other end of the reservation phone line and can be found holding down the fort at numerous DCAC locations.

Fun Fact:  “I have a horse named Bacardi and a miniature horse named Flag.  I train horses in my free time!”

Jada is currently studying at Northland College.  In her spare time you can find her playing and volunteering at the local animal shelter.

Jackson is a Door County local, he is currently attending Sevastopol High School.  This summer you’ll find him holding down the fort at our Egg Harbor Beach location.  Stop by and say hello!

Tim is a recently retired Door County resident who has a passion for paddling.

Jamie is a recent graduate from South Dakota State University where she studied business.  She is an outdoor enthusiast who also enjoys raising steer on the family farm in her spare time.

Garrett is a recent graduate of UW Eau-Claire with a degree in Marketing.  He was a Marketing Intern for us last season and this year he returns to do some behind-the-scenes marketing projects for us!

James Tockstein

Kayak Guide, Zip Line Guide & Rentals Associate

James is a senior at Concordia University and will be working as a Kayak Guide, Zip Line Guide and Rentals Associate this summer.  He is a master of all trades here at DCAC!

Dillon Adams

Zipline & Kayak Guide

Dillon received his Eagle Scout award in 2016.  He is currently studying Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota and expected to graduate in 2021.

Fun fact: “Once when I was in elementary school, I was trying to show off to my friends that I could dunk on a 6ft hoop and I broke my wrist. Not on the rim but on the ground after I missed and fell. It was a humbling experience.”

Lauren is currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Recreation, Parks and Sport Administration at Missouri State Univesrity.  She is expected to graduate in  2019.

Christina will be attending Missouri State Univesrity in the fall.  In her spare time you’ll catch her traveling as much as possible.

Schneids graduated in 2014 from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a B.A. in Kinesiology/ Gerontology.  She has a full time career at the YMCA in Fish Creek as the Active Older Adults Coordinator but she loves her DCAC team so she still helps out with zip lining and kayaking when she can!  #teamworkmakesthedreamwork

Jasmine is studying elementary education and enviornmental sciences and expects to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in 2020.

Nicole is studying physical education at UW-Oshkosh and will be a senior this fall. She is a certified zip line guide and will also be working as a kayak guide this summer.

Connor is studying Business Managment at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.  In his spare time you’ll find him playing rugby, football, and the drums.
