Why it matters!
Great food is an essential ingredient to a relaxing time away from home! We have a staff member specifically there to wow us with his/her cooking skills. All guides on our trips are certified by L2-4 ACA standards and procedures. The only way to stay safe on the water is to be prepared and know what to do in extreme situations and how to do it. Leave the hard work up to us! Tips are encouraged. So you want to experience an awesome camping & paddling experience but you are limited because you have NO GEAR!? Leave that problem up to us! We have high quality gear to suit your needs. Sometimes it feels nice to kick back and enjoy some wine and beer. Let us treat you and provide you with something to drink! You may be wondering why we use traditional sea kayaks rather than canoes or other kinds of kayaks. Traditional sea kayaks are more stable than canoes and able to be rescued in a variety of settings and ways. They are the best for trips due to their boat length, hull shape, rocker, safety features, and storage space. If you wanted to bring your own boat, it would need to be a sea kayak with hatch covers & deck lines.
