Team Building I CurriculumTLC’s ‘hands-on’ workshop features a collaborative leadership model that explores group communication, trust and respect, group dynamics, problem-solving skills and leadership styles. You will walk away from this workshop excited and re-energized with new team direction. The 6-hour program incorporates the ‘Seven Stages of a Collaborative Team’ curriculum into the day. This curriculum is the one we suggest teams begin with who have not experienced our training. Lunch is provided with this adventure.
Team Building II CurriculumNew in 2011 is the Adventure Eco Challenge programming option! This is an opportunity for your team to put its newly gained skills to the test. Whether you choose a high ropes course experience, a sea kayaking excursion, an adventure race or our new eco challenge, collaboration will be the focus. To assist with the transfer of knowledge, a 30-45 day 2-hour follow-up session is available at the site of your choice. Lunch is provided with this adventure.
